Melly Preira

Melly Preira has extensive experience in human resources and organizational wellbeing, currently serving as Deputy Head of Human Resources/Organizational Wellbeing a.i. and Head of Human Resources a.i. at the Green Climate Fund since October 2021. Prior to this role, Melly held the position of International Human Resources Director at Jesuit Refugee Service, where initiatives included enhancing employee wellbeing and improving working conditions across 14 countries. Previous experience includes Human Resources Officer at IDLO, where Melly contributed to revising staff regulations and streamlining payroll processes, and Human Resources Associate and PA to the Executive Director at The Global Crop Diversity Trust, where recruitment procedures were optimized. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management and Development from The University of Manchester and a Licence in Human Resources and Social Relations from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, along with further studies in sociology and business.
