Walter Moore has extensive work experience in various fields, spanning from 1974 to the present. Walter began their career in the US Army as a Personnel Sergeant from 1974 to 1977. Walter then joined the FBI as part of the Administration team for a year. Following this, they served in the United States Army Reserve as a Personnel Sergeant from 1977 to 1987.
In 1978, Walter began working for United Parcel Service (UPS), where they held multiple roles over a span of 20 years. Walter started as a Driver from 1978 to 1987, then became a Personnel Representative from 1987 to 1992, and finally served as the Center Manager from 1992 to 1998, overseeing the operations of a $16 million center.
In 1998, they transitioned to the Mississippi National Guard as a Personnel Sergeant, and continued in this role until 2006.
Since 1999, Walter has been with Navigator Credit Union, where they hold the position of Chief Human Resources/Operations Officer. In this role, they oversee the effective management of the credit union's personnel structure and ensures compliance with employment laws. Additionally, they assist the credit union CEO in overall management.
Walter Moore's education history begins in 1974 when they attended Fort Benjmin Harrison administration School, where they earned an associate degree in Business Administration, which they completed in 1976. In 1988, they enrolled at the University of Mortillo and obtained an associates degree in Business Administration, which they completed in 1989. In 2004, Moore attended Lift Bible Crusade College and Seminary, where they pursued Theology Studies and earned a Doctor of Divinity degree, completing their studies in 2011. Additionally, in 2006, they completed a mediation class at Tulane University, receiving a certificate in the field.
