Janine Wanke

Janine Wanke currently serves as an Account Manager at Green Elephant Biotech since April 2023. Additionally, Janine is a member of the Steering Committee for the German Association for Synthetic Biology (GASB e. V.) since April 2021, holding the positions of Finance/Treasurer and managing academic collaborations. Responsibilities include organizing the annual GASB Conference, creating social media content, and handling various organizational tasks. Janine's experience also includes working at the German Red Cross as an employee at a Covid testing facility from July 2021 to March 2023, and interning at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, focusing on biobased polymers and 3D printing from October 2021 to April 2022. Janine holds a Bachelor in Biotechnology from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and completed Abitur at Megina Gymnasium Mayen.
