As Controller at GreenGen, Steven Tardalo is directly responsible for coordinating the company’s financial close processes, ensuring appropriate financial reporting, and establishing policies, controls, and procedures within the accounting function. He supports the Vice President of Finance in the decision-making of company plans involving strategy development, resource allocation, and financial outcomes.

Steven is a financial management professional who brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting, Sales, and General Management. As a trusted advisor, his strategic expertise resides in the analysis and implementation of systems, strategies, and controls to improve organizational performance and profitability. In overseeing daily business, finance, and HR operations across a broad spectrum, Steven has honed his analytic and assessment skills to successfully work with start-ups, SMBs, and midsize private and public companies to provide incremental growth. Organizational achievements include financial systems implementation, risk management, financial reporting, analysis, and modeling, account retention, and prospect identification.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
