Tami Pauley has extensive experience in human resources, having held prominent positions in companies such as Green Hills AEA, Briggs Inc of Omaha, and Vertrue Incorporated. Tami is skilled in establishing HR departments, developing policies and procedures, and managing various HR functions. Tami has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Bellevue University.

Green Hills AEA is one of 9 intermediate education agencies in the state of Iowa. Green Hills is located in the southwest corner of the state, with the main office located in Council Bluffs, and regional offices located in Avoca, Creston, Council Bluffs, Glenwood, Missouri Valley, Osceola, and Red Oak. Employees of the AEA provide educational services to administrators, teachers, students and parents in the 52 public and non-public school districts throughout the region. We employ school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, special education consultants, educational audiologists, early childhood consultants, along with teachers and subject-specific consultants serving in various capacities.
