Catherine Lott has a strong background in buying, merchandising, and sales. Catherine started their career as a Sales Assistant at Nordstrom, where they developed lasting relationships with customers and drove strong sales. Catherine then advanced to become the Organizational Manager of Fine and Fashion Jewelry at Nordstrom, where they managed a staff of 18 and increased the business to over $1 million in four years. Catherine then worked at Lott and Associates as a Senior Consultant, where they provided vendors with insights into buyer perspectives and helped them cater to buyers more effectively.
