Ayodele Arifase has a long history of work experience. Ayodele started at Sainsbury's in 2003 as a Loss Prevention Officer. In 2007, they began freelancing as a Software Developer for HARAISING LIMITED, where they designed and developed a Tax Returns Alarm Application, a Money Transfer application for Fenibico Ltd., and a point of sale application for a restaurant. In 2013, they joined Green Man Gaming as a Software Engineer II. Ayodele was later promoted to Lead Software Engineer, and then to Software Developer, where they integrated Payment gateways and fraud detention APIs, implemented new functionalities into the company's CMS and Commerce systems, increased code test coverage for various C# projects, and contributed to back-end experience and collaborated on APIs.

Ayodele Arifase received their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with Computer Communication from Middlesex University between 2001 and 2007. Prior to this, they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from City and Islington College between 1998 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in April 2012, MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Windows Applications from Microsoft in October 2011, MCTS (70-536): .Net Framework Application Development Foundation from Microsoft in February 2011, PRINCE2 Foundation Examination from APM Group in January 2010, and Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2007.
