Sharene Terry-Banks

Sharene Terry-Banks has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sharene has most recently worked as a Project Manager at Green Office Partner, where they successfully manage hardware implementation projects and coordinates delivery logistics. Prior to this, they served as a STEM Education Coordinator at Oliver W. Holmes ES/Next Wave STEM, where they created and implemented a hands-on STEM enrichment program for grades K-8 utilizing project-based teaching methods. Sharene also has experience as an IS Support Manager at PCL Alverno Clinical Laboratories, where they mentored a team and implemented onboarding and training programs. Sharene has also provided IT support at the University of Chicago Medical Center and served as an IT Help Desk Coordinator at Catholic Theological Union. Before entering these roles, Sharene held various positions in customer service and IT support at Wal-Mart Corporation and worked as a 3rd Party Contractor in various IT roles.

Sharene Terry-Banks obtained their A.A.S. in Information Technology from Olive Harvey College in 2003. Sharene continued their education at DeVry University, where they earned their B.S. in Technical Management/Computer Information Systems in 2010. Sharene then pursued further education at Keller Graduate School of Management, graduating with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Systems Management in 2013.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sharene Terry-Banks obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
