Melody Neri

Melody Neri has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Their most recent role was as an HR and Talent Manager at Greenpark, where they specialized in digital content and brought data-driven insights to inform creative execution. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Innity, a leading digital media network in Asia. Melody was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Melody also gained experience as a part-time Recruiter at Daivergent. Earlier in their career, they held HR management roles at GroupM and Marsh & McLennan Companies, where they focused on talent growth and development. Melody also worked as a Lead Specialist in recruitment administration for CITI at Alexander Mann Solutions and as an HR Specialist at BFS Financial, Inc. Melody's career began with a student apprenticeship at ZMG Ward Howell and they also served as an Admin Officer at Digits Trading Corp.

Melody Neri completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Far Eastern University, attending from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of Makati from 2019 to 2024, where they are currently working towards a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Law.
