Claire [Klehr] Moy

Claire Moy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Claire [klehr] is currently the Director - Strategic Accounts at Green Park, where they focus on building diverse, senior leadership teams. Prior to that, they co-founded Talent_Proof, a talent advisory and leadership consultancy that helps organizations drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) transformation. Claire has also worked as a Client Partner & DEI Lead at Armstrong Craven and as an Executive Search Consultant at Berwick Partners. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Nigel Wright Group, a Senior Brand Manager at Findus Group, a UK Brand Manager at Boots UK, a Brand Manager at McCain Foods GB, and a Junior Product Manager at Seven Seas Limited.

Claire Moy completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business & Marketing from the University of Hull, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Wilberforce College from 1999 to 2001, where they focused on Psychology, English Literature, and Film Studies. In addition to their formal education, Claire obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School in February 2021.
