Anna Nalli has been employed in various roles since 2013. Anna began their career at CIBC as a Customer Service Representative, then moved up to Assistant Manager, Client Experience, Manager, Client Experience and Loss Management Specialist. In 2019, they joined Greentank Technologies as Director, Customer Success and Senior Account Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing management-related issues, conducting complex investigations, optimizing platforms, providing operational expertise, managing day-to-day risk management and operational activities, and helping clients manage their accounts and products.
