Eunice Kim Phr

Eunice Kim, PHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Eunice is currently serving as the VP, People at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), a company focused on medical cannabis cultivation and dispensary facilities. Prior to this, they worked as the Director, Culture & Talent at Kaleidoscope® from 2015 to 2017. Eunice also had a significant tenure at Centro, where they held multiple roles including HR Business Partner, Human Resources Coordinator / Generalist, and Human Resources Intern from 2010 to 2015. Eunice started their career as a Human Resources Intern for Learning and Development at the University of Iowa in 2009.

Eunice Kim, PHR, SHRM-SCP, completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Management and Organizations at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Eunice holds additional certifications. Eunice obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in October 2012. Further, they earned the SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2017.
