Grace Bernsen

Grace Bernsen has a diverse work experience. Grace currently works as an Application Analyst at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since April 2023. Previously, they worked at PepsiCo, starting in July 2021 as a Supply Chain Associate Designate and a Supply Chain Planning Associate Analyst. Grace also interned at PepsiCo as a PBNA Supply Chain Intern from June to August 2020.

Grace has also had experience as a Consultant at TAMID Group at The University of Maryland from September 2018 to July 2021, where they were responsible for product design, business development, research, competitive analysis, and US market entry strategies for Israeli startup companies.

Grace has held leadership roles at Alpha Epsilon Phi, serving as Vice President Standards from November 2018 to December 2019, and as Programming Chair from August to December 2018. Grace also had internships as a Business Development and Marketing Intern at Waycare in June to August 2019, and as a Part-time Community Engagement Representative at Chiro One Wellness Centers in May to July 2017.

Furthermore, Grace has experience as a Maimonides Leadership Fellow at MEOR from September to December 2018, where they participated in in-depth Jewish learning and attended inspiring guest speaker sessions. Grace also worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Wahanowin from June 2016 to August 2018.

Lastly, they worked as a Lifeguard at Highland Park Recreation Center from September 2015 to March 2016, where they maintained surveillance of patrons and provided emergency care and treatment when necessary.

Grace Bernsen completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Business Analytics from the University of Maryland from 2017 to 2021. In 2020, they also attended Saint Louis University - Madrid Campus, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2022, Grace Bernsen obtained a certification in Financial Technology from Harvard University.
