Kay Doyle is an experienced legal professional and policy expert with a diverse background in cannabis regulation, public policy, and law. Currently serving as the Director at Green Thumb Industries since April 2023, Kay previously held the role of Director of U.S. Public Policy & Public Affairs at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from May 2020 to November 2022. Kay's expertise in cannabis regulation includes serving as a Commissioner at the Cannabis Control Commission in Massachusetts and as Deputy General Counsel for the Medical Marijuana Program at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. With a robust legal background as an attorney at Kopelman and Paige, P.C., Kay has extensive experience in litigation and administrative matters across various courts. Additionally, Kay contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at the New England School of Law in 2021.
