Lou Deluna

Lou DeLuna, MBA has a diverse work experience with various roles in service delivery, service operations management, support operations, and U.S. operations management. Lou most recently worked as the Director of Service Delivery at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Service Operations Manager at VillageMD from March 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Support Operations at Mattersight Corporation from February 2018 to March 2020. Lou also held the position of Senior Manager of U.S. Operations at Premier Farnell from February 2016 to February 2018. Lou DeLuna started their career as a Technical Support Manager at American Access Casualty Company, where they worked from April 2014 to February 2016.

Lou DeLuna obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing, Technology and Information Services from Purdue University. Lou later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same university, which they completed between 2014 and 2016.
