Matt Reckdenwald

Matt Reckdenwald, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. Matt is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Green Thumb Industries since February 2023. Previously, they worked at Hoffman Auto Group where they held multiple roles. From June 2021 to March 2023, they served as an Employee Relations Manager. From May 2019 to June 2021, they were the Training and Onboarding Success Specialist responsible for overseeing training and development for over 500 employees. Prior to that, from July 2018 to May 2019, they were the Talent Attraction Coordinator, managing the recruitment and engagement processes within the organization. Before joining Hoffman Auto Group, Matt worked as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Achievement First from June 2017 to June 2018, and at Lawton Public Schools from July 2015 to May 2017. In both teaching positions, they focused on various subjects and received a grant award in 2016.

Matt Reckdenwald, SHRM-CP attended Central Connecticut State University from 2009 to 2013. Matt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism during this period.
