Preston van Dervort

Preston Van Dervort has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Preston started their professional career as an Intern at Power Distributing LLC in May 2014. After that, they served as a Seasonal Sales Merchandiser at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits from September 2015 to January 2016.

Preston's most recent and significant role was with Green Thumb Industries (GTI) where they held various positions. Preston began working at GTI in May 2020 as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, they exhibited strong leadership skills by being the Supervisor in Charge and Agent in Charge at multiple GTI dispensaries. Preston played a crucial role in the opening of recreational dispensaries and was responsible for creating flowcharts to improve staff training and standardize procedures.

From 2018 to 2019, Preston attended Northern Illinois University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational & Corporate Communication.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Preston studied at the College of DuPage, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. The field of study for their AA degree is not specified.

In 2014 and 2015, Preston attended City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College and pursued General Studies, although they did not obtain a degree.
