Patient Care Specialist at Green Thumb Industries

Randall Ascanio has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randall began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Resultstel, Inc. in 2008 and later worked as a Laborer at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in 2009. Randall then joined the Whatcom Humane Society, where they initially served as a Customer Service Representative and later transitioned to the role of an Animal Control & Rescue Officer from 2011 to 2014. Randall then moved to JLG Industries, where they worked as an Assembler and was a member of the 2nd shift Safety Team. Randall also worked at the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, Inc. as a Humane Investigator, conducting animal cruelty investigations and managing case files. At JLG Industries, they held a leadership role as a Quality Technician, responsible for inspecting incoming parts, auditing assembly processes, coordinating with team leaders on corrective actions, and preparing quality metric reports. Randall was also involved in the calibration of assembly tools. Their most recent position is as a Patient Care Specialist at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), starting in 2023.

Randall Ascanio attended Mariner High School from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they enrolled at Washington State University from 2005 to 2007, majoring in History.
