Rick Schepp

Rick Schepp is currently the VP Innovation & Commercial Strategy at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions at Beam Suntory and The Boston Consulting Group, including State Manager, Wisconsin at Beam Suntory and Project Leader at BCG. Rick also has experience as a Business Consultant at ZS Associates and held internships at GovDelivery and State Farm Insurance. Rick holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
