Store Design Specialist at Green Thumb Industries

Wai Li has a diverse work experience in the field of architectural design. They started their career as an Architectural Assistant at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) in 2016, where they worked on a multi-tower project in Beijing, China. They were involved in the design development process, energy efficiency analysis, and coordination of core structural alterations.

After that, Wai Li worked as an Artist Assistant at Stuart & Co. Gallery for a brief period before joining Stantec in 2016 as a Project Lead. At Stantec, they served as a design production resource, coordinated work for assigned projects, and ensured compliance with client standards and permit deadlines.

In 2017, Wai Li joined HOK as a Design Professional, where they developed layouts, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and created construction documents for medical clinics. The following year, they joined CannonDesign as an Architectural Designer, where they documented design objectives, developed conceptual designs, and produced high-quality drawings.
