Elizabeth Sopha

Elizabeth Sopha is an account manager at Green Top Farms. Elizabeth has also worked as the director of catering at Park West Loft and as the director of business development and special projects at The Wild Thyme Company Catering and Events. Elizabeth is experienced in managing all aspects of banquet sales and catering operations, including marketing, client and vendor relations, support staff, and overall guest experience. Elizabeth is skilled in developing catering contracts, banquet event orders, proposals, and customize menus to meet clients needs as well as financial goals. Elizabeth is also experienced in coordinating food, beverage, and event space set up, diagrams, decorations, and other services as requested by client.

Elizabeth Sopha has a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Sport Management and Event Management from Central Michigan University. Elizabeth also has a degree from Grand Blanc Community Schools.
