Cheryl Gates

Cheryl Gates is currently the VP of Operational Risk at Wells Fargo, where Cheryl has been working since October 2015. Prior to this, Cheryl held various VP positions at Green Tree Servicing, Indymac Bank, and Green Tree Financial, focusing on loan servicing and business improvement. Cheryl also has experience in consumer lending and sales management from their time at Prudential Bank & Trust and Citicorp Mortgage. Cheryl received a Master Black Belt in Process Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction from Six Sigma in 2001.
