Debra Hines

Debra Hines has a diverse work experience in the financial industry, spanning over several companies. Debra began their career in 1987 at CitiFinancial as an Assistant Manager and later took on roles as a Sales Manager and Branch Assistant Vice President. During their time at CitiFinancial, they facilitated training programs, set goals, and implemented on-the-job training to increase sales. Debra then moved on to become a District Manager at CitiFinancial, where they managed assets and implemented effective account management strategies to reduce losses. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Space Coast Credit Union, where they held positions such as Collections Supervisor, Real Estate Loss Mitigation Manager, and Manager of Mortgage Processing. In these roles, they managed collectors, reviewed mortgage modification requests, and ensured accuracy in portfolio and investor modification documents. Following their tenure at Space Coast Credit Union, Debra worked at Mariner Finance as an Assistant Manager and later as a Retail Sales Manager in Florida. Debra then joined Launch Credit Union as a Lending Development Officer and subsequently became the VP of Real Estate Loan Servicing. Throughout their career, Debra has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and coaching skills.

Debra Hines obtained a Diploma in General Education from Eau Gallie High School. Debra has also earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2023.
