Della Xu

Della Xu has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Della started as a Research and Communications Intern at the Maryland Environmental Health Network in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant and Brand Ambassador at UCapture, and also as a Nonprofit Management Intern at Impact Hub Network. In 2018, they were a Sustainable Infrastructure Fellow at Sustainable Capital Advisors and a Consulting Summer Analyst at Archetype Solutions Group. In 2019, they joined Scotiabank as an Investment Banking Analyst. In 2020, they transitioned to Greenbacker Capital, where they worked as an Investment Analyst until 2021, and then became an Investment Associate. Additionally, from 2016 to 2019, they held roles in research and strategic planning at The Johns Hopkins University.

Della Xu completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics, with a major in Global Environmental Change & Sustainability and a minor in Earth & Planetary Sciences, at The Johns Hopkins University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended The Hotchkiss School for their High School education from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they spent a year at West Vancouver Secondary School in 2011-2012. Della's early education took place at Guangzhou No.47 Middle School Huijing Experimental School from 2003 to 2011. Additionally, they participated in the Oceanography-Carbon Cycles Field Program at the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences (BIOS) for a brief period in 2018.
