Michele Stocker

Michele Stocker is a Principal Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, P.A. since June 2005, specializing in managing a substantial litigation docket for clients in the financial services industry. Responsibilities include risk assessment, liability evaluation, and leading a team of defense attorneys to handle consumer litigation matters across various regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, overseeing over 1,000 cases. Previously served as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Pine Crest School from September 2019 to June 2021 and was Managing Partner at Katz Barron from June 1995 to June 2005, where daily operations and compliance were managed. Michele holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with honors from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University.
