Sibusisiwe Maseko

Sibusisiwe Maseko is a Senior Research Analyst at GreenCape since March 2021, with prior experience as a Senior Tutor for first-year physiotherapy students at the University of Cape Town from February 2018 to November 2019. Sibusisiwe's professional background includes an internship as a property broker at Atlantic Philanthropic Trust and ownership of a bar-fridge rental service for university students, showcasing entrepreneurial skills. Sibusisiwe also served as Team Manager for the South Africa-Washington International Program and worked briefly as an Au-pair and Junior Manager at Mr Video. Sibusisiwe holds a PhD in Biomaterials/Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, complemented by a strong academic foundation from Herschel Girls' High School.
