Karen Sofie Elgar

Karen Sofie Elgar has accumulated diverse experience in operations and customer service, currently serving in an operations role at Greencarrier since September 2018. Prior to this position, Karen worked as a receptionist at ISS A/S for a summer in 2018 and held several summer positions with ISS A/S from 2016 to 2017. Karen also completed a student internship at Haukeland Universitetssykehus in early 2017, focusing on human resources and organizational studies, culminating in a thesis on selection methodology. Karen's earlier work includes retail positions at Mester Grønn AS and Kjærvik Interiør, along with a summer job at DNV GL. Educationally, Karen earned a Bachelor’s degree in HR and Personnel Management from Kristiania University College between 2015 and 2018, following graduation from Rosenvilde videregående skole in 2014.
