Sreekanth Rokandla

Sreekanth Rokandla has significant work experience in the transportation and mobility industry. Sreekanth is currently serving as the Business Head - Sales & Distribution at GreenCell Mobility, a Green Growth Equity Fund Company. In this role, they are responsible for building a platform for Electric Mobility-as-a-Service (eMaaS) using electric buses. Sreekanth'sfocus is on providing affordable and sustainable shared transportation options.

Prior to their current role, Sreekanth worked at redBus for over a decade. Sreekanth started as a Manager of Business Development in Andhra Pradesh and later served as the General Manager of Sales, Supply, and Operations in Andhra Pradesh, and the General Manager of Sales & Supply in the Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh region. Sreekanth then became the Regional Head of Sales & Supply in Karnataka before being promoted to the role of Associate Director & Regional Head of Business Development. In this role, they managed the business operations and profitability of the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions.

Sreekanth Rokandla completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Badruka College Of Commerce & Arts -Osmania University between 1996 and 1999. In 2022, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur for a program in Strategic Management called EDP-. Alongside their formal education, Sreekanth Rokandla also obtained additional certifications. In July 2022, they completed the Internal Auditor Training in ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27701:2019, and ISO 22301:2019 from DQS ACADEMY. In February 2014, they obtained the certification for "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" from FRANKLIN COVEY CO. Sreekanth also received the CEO Award- TrailBlazer Award at redBus in Q1-2016 and Q2-2019.
