Ian Bellerby

Ian Bellerby has extensive work experience in health and safety and learning and development roles. Ian currently serves as the Head of Health & Safety (Food for Later) at Greencore since July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Health & Safety Business Partner at Greencore starting in March 2019.

Before joining Greencore, Ian worked at Venator Materials Plc as the Global Leadership Development Manager from April 2017 to March 2019. Previously, they held the position of Global ZERO Harm Lead at Huntsman Pigments and Additives from March 2016 to April 2017. In this role, they focused on promoting a ZERO harm culture across all business sites and functions and facilitating a network of ZERO Harm Champions.

Ian also has extensive experience at Huntsman Pigments, where they held multiple roles. Ian served as the Learning & Development Manager from March 2011 to March 2016, during which they led a transformation program to modernize the training department and implemented a consistent learning and development process. Ian also served as a Learning & Development project Manager from March 2009 to March 2011, where they focused on developing and implementing learning and development policies and procedures. Prior to that, they started their career at Huntsman Pigments as a Training & Development Officer from January 2003 to March 2009.

Ian Bellerby attended Blakeston Comprehensive from 1981 to 1986. Ian does not hold any specific degrees or fields of study from this institution. In addition to their education at Blakeston Comprehensive, Ian Bellerby has obtained certifications in Training Practice from CIPD and in Occupational Health & Safety from NEBOSH Certification.
