Donna Vallese

Donna Vallese, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the education sector. Donna is currently the CEO of Inspiring Leaders LLC, where they provide a global community for educational leaders to collaborate and coaches educational leaders and consultants. Donna is also the CEO of the same company. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Learning and Continuous Improvement at Greene Central School District.

Donna has also worked at Syracuse City School District, where they held the positions of Coordinator of Educator Effectiveness and Vice Principal. Donna has experience in leadership coaching and consulting through their role at Learning Image. Additionally, they have served as the Principal of Teaching and Learning at Sheila C. "Skip" Nowell Leadership Academy, focusing on leading educators through a personalized learning approach for an underserved population.
