Clair O'Neill has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Clair began their career as a Commercial Marketing Manager at Spirit Group, where they worked on family dining. Clair then moved on to Kraft Foods, where they held various roles, including Trade Marketing Manager for Kenco Coffee and Senior Brand Manager for the 'Out of Home' Kenco Coffee portfolio. Clair later became the Marketing Manager for EU Coffee Strategy at Kraft Foods, where they developed marketing strategies for the hospitality industry across Europe.
After their time at Kraft Foods, Clair joined Mitchells & Butlers as the Head of Brand Marketing for Vintage Inns and Premium Country Pubs. Clair was responsible for leading multi-channel marketing strategies and coaching a team of high-caliber marketers. Clair also worked as an Interim Senior Marketing Manager at SA Brain and Company Ltd before joining March Marketing & Consulting Ltd as a Marketing Consultant and Interim Specialist.
Clair then became the Interim Head of Brand Marketing for Miller & Carter, Browns, and All Bar One at Mitchells & Butlers, leading a team focused on delivering outstanding consumer propositions and implementing CRM and digital strategies. Clair later became the Brand Controller for Greene King Inns at Greene King, where they were responsible for brand strategy. Most recently, Clair served as the Head of Brand Strategy at Greene King.
Throughout their career, Clair has demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, fostering innovation, managing creative and digital agencies, and delivering positive ROI. Clair has a genuine passion for remarkable food and driving business growth through remarkable retail experiences.
Clair O'Neill obtained a BA Hons degree in History of Design from the University of Brighton, which they attended from 1993 to 1996.
