Linnea Hannerstig

Linnea Hannerstig is an experienced professional in organizational development and people operations, currently serving as the Head of People at Greenely since September 2025. Prior to this role, Linnea held various positions at Klarna from April 2015 to September 2025, including Head of People Operations - Klarna Compliance, where responsibilities included driving organizational development and strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer. Linnea also led global project management teams and contributed to operational excellence in new markets, set up performance review programs, and was involved in recruitment for key departments. Earlier experience includes a role as a researcher at Head Agent Executive Search & Interim and serving as a lecturer and project leader at Ung Företagsamhet. Linnea holds a Bachelor's degree in Handelsrätt from Uppsala University.
