Tony Madl

Tony Madl is an accomplished Executive Director with extensive experience in the senior living and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Lake Forest Place since October 2023, Madl previously held the same title at GreenFields of Geneva from December 2018 to September 2023, where the focus was on enhancing organizational strategy and improving financial goals. Prior experience includes positions as Administrator at Friendship Village of Schaumburg, where strategic partnerships were established to improve clinical outcomes, and a progressive career at Resurrection Health Care, which involved overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities and retirement communities in the greater Chicago area.
