Douglas Ott

Douglas Ott began their career in 1996 as an Account Executive at TEKsystems. In 1999, they were promoted to Business Development Manager, and in 2000 they returned to Account Executive. In 2002, they moved to Ascend Media as Director of Marketing. In 2003, they joined Princeton Information as a Senior Account Manager. In 2004, they began working at Corporate Personnel & Associates as Vice President of Business Development. In 2012, they founded MarathonITstaffing, LLC, where they served as Owner. In 2013, they joined Bradford & Galt as a Sr. Account Executive. In 2014, they began working at Probity Resources as Director of New Business Development. Since 2015, they have been the Founder and CEO of IMTservices and Strategic Staffing Partner, Career Strategist, Staffing SME, and CEO of GreenFoot Technologies.

Douglas Ott obtained their Bachelor Degree in Business Administration - Management from Truman State University from 1987 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended St. Pius X Catholic High School, Festus, Missouri from 1984 to 1987, where they earned their High School Diploma in College Prep.
