Ariana S. Moon serves as Vice President of Talent Planning & Acquisition at Greenhouse Software, where responsibilities include participation in the Senior Leadership Team and chairing the Jadehouse Employee Resource Group. Over a career spanning various roles in talent acquisition within Greenhouse, Ariana has demonstrated expertise in operationalizing employee engagement strategies and leadership development. A graduate of Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Ariana has previously held positions in talent management and public affairs at several organizations, including Novus Partners, Inc. and HSA-UWC.
