Austina White

Austina White, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at East Carolina University until 2011. In 2012, they held multiple positions simultaneously, including being a Digital Media Teacher at Durham Public Schools, a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University, and a Graduate Assistant at Duke University.

In 2014, Austina joined Farragut Systems, Inc. as a Training Specialist before becoming a Training Team Lead and Product Management Consultant from 2015 to 2015. Austina then transitioned to N-able in 2015 and worked their way up, starting as an Instructional Content Developer and steadily progressing to become a Manager and then a Senior Manager in the Knowledge Team. From 2019 to 2021, Austina served as the Director of Success Enablement at N-able.

Currently, Austina is employed at Greenhouse Software, where they initially worked as the Director of Revenue Enablement from 2021 to 2022. Austina has recently been promoted to Senior Director, Revenue Enablement and continues to contribute to the company's success. Throughout their career, Austina has demonstrated expertise in instructional content development, team management, and revenue enablement, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Austina White, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP, completed their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Adult and Community College Education at North Carolina State University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Instructional Technology from the same university from 2012 to 2013. Their undergraduate studies were completed at East Carolina University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Marketing Education.

In addition to their academic degrees, Austina White has obtained several certifications. Austina received a Sales Enablement Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in February 2022. In December 2021, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Prior to that, they completed the Managing Training For Bottom-Line Results certification from Training Magazine in November 2019. Austina White also holds the KCS Practices v6 Certification from the Consortium for Service Innovation (September 2017) and the ILM Award in Leadership and Management - Level 3 from ILM (July 2017). Austina obtained the KCS Practices v5 Certification from The KCS Academy - the Only Authorized Certifying Body for KCS in May 2016. Austina White's professional educator's license was obtained from the State of North Carolina in April 2014.
