Becca Kroll began their work experience in 2010 as a Graphic Design Intern at neutral7 Design Group. Becca then worked as a Freelance Logo Consultant and later as a Creative Director at Solyd Solutions, LLC. In 2011, Becca gained experience as an Interactive Design Intern at the Florida Museum of Natural History, where they designed and produced interactive activities and trained employees in Flash Catalyst. Becca also served as an Industrial Design Interface Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University, where they created Adobe Flash demos and taught students interaction and interface design strategies.
In 2012, Becca worked as an Industrial Designer at EK Success. Becca then joined Hook & Loop / Infor, starting as an Associate Designer of Product Experience before moving on to roles such as Information Architect, Senior Information Architect, and ultimately Lead Product Designer. During their time at Hook & Loop / Infor, Becca contributed significantly to the design and development of various products.
Since 2019, Becca has been working at Greenhouse Software, starting as a Product Designer and progressing to Senior Product Designer. Currently, they hold the position of Staff Product Designer. Their expertise in product design and their valuable contributions have been instrumental to the growth and success of the company.
