Ben McNelly

Ben McNelly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Greenhouse Software, where they lead go-to-market initiatives for talent sourcing features. Prior to this, they held the positions of Product Marketing Manager III and Product Marketing Manager II at the same company.

Before joining Greenhouse Software, Ben worked at Ellevation Education as a Product Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for core analytics and instructional planning solutions. In this role, they conducted user interviews, developed product USPs, and mapped the go-to-market process for iterative releases. Ben also oversaw major feature releases, led internal product training, and measured and improved product adoption.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked at Scramble Systems as a Summer Project Associate, where they developed and delivered training materials for a private K-8 school client. Ben also worked at Debate Mate as an Executive Program Director, overseeing after-school programs that empowered young people through debate mentoring, and as a Project Manager for the Hackney Wick Academy Free School Application.

Ben McNelly completed their B.A.H. in Political Studies from Queen's University from 2005 to 2009. Ben then pursued their M.Sc. in Comparative Politics (Democracy Stream) at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they studied from 2009 to 2010.
