Henry Chong

Henry Chong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Henry began their career as a Fitness Staff Intern at Power Wellness in January 2012 before transitioning to a Fit Staff Trainer role at Northern Illinois University. In June 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Staff Management | SMX for a few months.

Returning to Power Wellness in October 2012, Henry took on the role of Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer, specializing in fitness and medical integration. Henry later became an Operations Manager at Power Wellness in July 2018.

In March 2019, Henry joined seoClarity as a Client Success Associate, eventually transitioning to the role of Client Success Manager in March 2020. Henry then served as a Technical Account Manager from July 2021 to March 2022.

In April 2022, Henry joined Aspire as a Technical Implementation Manager for a few months before moving to their current position as a Technical Account Manager at Greenhouse Software in November 2022.

Henry Chong completed their Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology with an Emphasis in Exercise Science from Northern Illinois University between 2007 and 2012. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended Warren Township High School from 2003 to 2007. Apart from their formal education, Henry Chong has obtained several certifications including Foundations of Project Management, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, Project Planning: Putting It All Together, Technical Support Fundamentals, The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking, AM/CS Professional Certification, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1, and Google Analytics Beginner & Advanced. These certifications were earned from institutions such as Coursera, Sales Assembly, LinkedIn, SuccessHACKER, and Google between 2019 and 2022.
