Senior Technical Support Specialist at Greenhouse

Jean McCormack started their work experience in 2014 as an English Monitor at Grupos Organizados. Jean then worked as a Bartender at Castletroy Golf Club from August 2014 to May 2016. From June 2016 to August 2017, they served as a Server at The Dáil Bar. In September 2017, they joined Arise Europe as a Customer Service Representative, providing technical support to Vodafone's business customers until December 2018. Jean then worked at SocialTalent as a Technical Customer Success Representative from January 2019 to September 2020. Jean'sresponsibilities included being the main point of contact for customer support and collaborating with developers and the product team to address customer pain points. Jean McCormack completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media and Irish from the University of Limerick, which lasted from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, Jean attended Gaelcholáiste Uí Chonbá, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
