Jenny Kong

Director, Customer Success at Greenhouse

Jenny Kong has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Jenny started their career in 2010 as an Executive Trainee at Ruder Finn before moving on to roles such as Assistant Account Executive and Account Executive. In 2011, they joined Biosector 2 as an Account Executive. From 2013 to 2014, Jenny served as a Reservations Specialist, Account Coordinator, and eventually Head of Account Management at HowAboutWe. Jenny then joined Greenhouse Software in 2014 and held various positions, including Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Team Manager, before being promoted to Senior Team Manager and then Director, Enterprise Customer Success. Jenny is also involved in diversity and inclusion efforts as a Co-Chair of the Jadehouse ERG.

Jenny Kong holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications & Apparel Design. Jenny obtained this degree from Concordia College, although the specific start and end years of their education are not provided.
