Jessie Yang began their work experience in 2012 as a Server at Sasa Izakaya. In 2013, they moved on to Lending Club, where they started as a Member Support Representative and eventually became a Credit Specialist and a Team Lead in Credit Operations. In 2017, Jessie joined Greenhouse Software as a Customer Support Specialist II and later advanced to become a Customer Success Manager. They then held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager before transitioning to their current role as Manager of Customer Support in October 2021.
Jessie Yang attended the University of California, Davis from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication.
