Kristina Nieves

Kristina Nieves is the Vice President of Professional Services at Greenhouse. Kristina has over eighteen years of experience in project management, with a focus on large scale deployments, customer relations, and risk management. Kristina is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Kristina began their career at IBM Global Services in 2002 as an Advisory Project Manager. In this role, they managed high-level engagements using PMI processes and methodologies. Kristina specialized in large scale deployment management, customer relationship management, and risk management. In 2009, Kristina managed a city-wide physical security deployment program for one of the United States' largest law enforcement agencies. This was a complex project that involved the deployment of a city-wide, fully redundant fiber optic network, video analytic solution, video management software migration, and supporting digital surveillance hardware totaling over 5,500 end points.

In 2013, Kristina left IBM to join Genetec as their Senior Manager of Professional Services. In this role, they were responsible for the management, operations, and financial growth of the Project Management, Field Engineering, Dedicated Client Care and Solutions Design services globally. Kristina was also responsible for the program development of new services offerings aligning to delivery of Genetec's portfolio and product offerings. During their time at Genetec, Kristina successfully managed services delivery for all regional project offices, establishing process, initiatives, financial goals and service delivery objectives.

Kristina joined Greenhouse as their Vice President of Professional Services in 2020. In this role, they are responsible for leading the professional services organization and expanding Greenhouse’s services portfolio globally.

Kristina Nieves has a BS in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering. Kristina is certified from Genetec in Security Center 5.x – Synergis Technical Certification (SC-STC-001-5.2) and Security Center 5.x – Omnicast Technical Certification (SC-OTC-001-5.2). Kristina is also certified from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.

They are on a team with Pat Leahy - CFO, Sean Murray - Chief Revenue Officer, and Cheryl Roubian - VP, People. Their manager is Daniel Chait, CEO.
