LaQuitta H. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. LaQuitta started their career as an Elementary Education Teacher in 2013, where they coached and promoted the social-emotional and academic growth of their assigned members. LaQuitta analyzed member data to identify areas for improvement and collaborated with stakeholders to implement behavior management policies.

In 2017, LaQuitta joined Elizabeth City State University as a Support Services Assistant. LaQuitta documented member progress, managed and organized member data files, and analyzed program data to create customized charts and documents for publications and presentations.
