Linda Lim Sphr, Cssgb

Linda Lim, SPHR, CSSGB, has extensive work experience in various HR and project management roles. Linda currently holds the position of Senior Manager, People Planning & Strategy at Greenhouse Software since October 2022. Prior to this, Linda served as the Director of HR at Chowbus from August 2020 to September 2021. Linda also worked as a People Operations Manager at project44 from April 2019 to April 2020. Before that, Linda held the role of Project Manager, HR Consulting at Discover Financial Services from August 2017 to April 2019. Linda's career began at Groupon, where they took on multiple roles including Project Manager in both Finance Ops and HR, HR Operations Manager, HR Coordinator, and Customer Service Coach from 2012 to 2017.

Linda Lim, SPHR, CSSGB completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from DePaul University. Linda has also acquired additional certifications including a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2022, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in May 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in May 2017.
