Ricky Martinez's work experience includes various roles in different organizations.

Ricky started in 2007 as a Club Director at BLAST swimming, where they provided coaching and leadership to age-group swimmers.

From 2008 to 2013, Ricky worked at Cinemark as a Senior Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations, facility management, and staff supervision.

In 2012, they joined the City of Reno's Emergency Communications department, where they coordinated and integrated communication technology for emergency response activities.

Starting in 2017, Ricky worked at TechSoup in various roles, including Account Management Specialist, Account Manager for Cloud Services, and Customer Success Manager. In these roles, they assisted customers, managed compliance and reporting for cloud services, and provided support and navigation assistance to customers.

Ricky is also a BAYCAT Builder, sitting on the Associate Board and working to improve engagement with alumni, grow corporate partnerships, and deepen community involvement for BAYCAT.

Ricky Martinez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Ricky has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Ricky completed a course titled "Business Strategies for Social Impact" from Coursera in May 2020. In July 2019, they obtained a certification in "Business Automation Tips with Microsoft Flow" from LinkedIn. Ricky also has a certification as a "Customer Success Manager Certified Professional" from Gainsight, which they obtained in June 2019. Furthermore, they have a certification in "NCIC Security Awareness," however, the institution and the specific date of obtaining this certification are not provided.
