Sara Farrelly

Sara Farrelly has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Sara started their career as a Financial Services Audit Intern at KPMG Ireland in 2014. Sara then moved on to work at John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition in 2015 as a Team Delegate, representing Dublin Institute of Technology.

In 2015, Sara joined Hays, a recruitment company, where they held various roles. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, they specialized in insurance recruitment across the Republic of Ireland. Sara focused on partnering with candidates and clients to make effective matches. Later, as a Recruitment Consultant, they expanded their expertise into banking roles, recruiting for positions such as Securities Processor, Credit Analyst, and Relationship Manager. Sara also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in banking roles.

In 2017, Sara joined LinkedIn as a Senior Sales Development Specialist, where they consulted with SMBs to meet their recruitment needs and support new business relationships. Sara also worked as an Associate Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of corporate customers and guiding them on talent attraction and employer branding strategies. Sara'smost recent role at LinkedIn was as a Relationship Manager, where they worked with established organizations and start-ups in the SME sector to develop direct recruitment strategies and implement LinkedIn's first ATS Talent Hub.

Currently, Sara is employed at Greenhouse Software as an Account Manager. Sara'sresponsibilities include providing intelligent guidance and automating hiring processes for enterprise clients.

Sara Farrelly completed their high school education at Sancta Maria College from 2005 to 2011. After that, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Technological University Dublin, which they successfully obtained from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Sara Farrelly also obtained certification in the Emerging Leaders Program from Greenhouse Software in November 2022.
