Support Engineer II at Greenhouse

Sara Williamson has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Cheerleading Instructor at Cheer Station National Cheerleading Training Center, assisting with classes, team practices, and private lessons for children ages 4-16. Sara also independently managed week-long camps during this time.

In 2018, Sara had two roles. Sara worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at GENESIS DRUM AND BUGLE CORPS INC, where they planned and executed daily social media content for multiple platforms. Sara also served as a Brand Associate at Old Navy, leading the store in key performance indicators and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The following year, in 2019, Sara held two positions. Sara worked as an Online ESL Teacher at Qkids, conducting small group virtual English classes and creatively engaging students of different ages and skill levels. Sara also served as a Media Contributor and Tour Assistant at GENESIS DRUM AND BUGLE CORPS INC, where they increased social media following and engagement and served as a liaison between performers, staff, executives, and stakeholders.

In 2019, Sara also worked as an International Au Pair at ImmerQi, where they engaged in cultural and language exchange, served as an agency ambassador, and provided private ESL tutoring to two children.

In 2020, Sara worked as a Platform Support Specialist at Issuer Direct Corporation, where they developed a specialized understanding of a Saas event management product tailored to the finance industry. Sara trained and managed event organizers and advised on best practices for utilizing the product.

Currently, Sara is employed as a Support Engineer I at Greenhouse Software, the leading hiring software company. Sara'srole involves assisting businesses in improving all aspects of hiring through Greenhouse's powerful software and services.

Throughout their work experience, Sara has demonstrated strong communication skills, customer service abilities, and a passion for education and creative engagement.

Sara Williamson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they also acquired several certifications, including "Learning REST APIs" from LinkedIn in September 2021, "Google Analytics Beginner" from Google in December 2018, and "Social Media Marketing Certification" from HubSpot in September 2018.
