Sarah Donley

Team Manager, Customer Success at Greenhouse

Sarah Donley has a strong background in customer success and management. Sarah is currently working at Greenhouse Software as a Team Manager, leading the Customer Success team. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Greenhouse Software, where they managed mid-market accounts. Before joining Greenhouse Software, Sarah worked at SPINS as an Enterprise Customer Success Account Manager. Sarah also gained experience at Outcome Health, where they served as a Customer Success Executive and Training and Development Lead. At Nordstrom, they held the roles of Wedding Suite Manager and Assistant Manager in Accessories. Sarah also owned their own business, TECE Designs by Sarah Katherine, from 2009 to 2012. Sarah has experience in event planning as well, having worked as a Special Events Planning Assistant at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and as a Special Events Committee Member at Indiana University Dance Marathon.

Sarah Donley attended Mariemont High School from 2003 to 2007. After completing high school, they enrolled at Indiana University Bloomington where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Apparel Merchandising from 2007 to 2011.
