Scott Savage has a wealth of experience in various roles and industries. Scott began their career as a Research Associate at Emerald Asset Management, where they conducted investment research and analysis on publicly traded companies. Scott then transitioned to Susquehanna Bank, where they served as a Commercial Credit Analyst, conducting underwriting for the bank's commercial loan portfolio.

Scott then moved into the financial sector, working at Aetna as a Financial Associate and later as a Financial Senior Associate. In these roles, they focused on creating and maintaining monthly financial reporting and implementing new reporting processes.

In 2015, Scott joined Meritain Health as a Senior Project Lead, where they collaborated with the operations team to provide accurate and effective reporting. Scott also consulted on best practices to implement automated and efficient reporting methods.

Scott further expanded their skills by joining Flatiron School in 2017, where they worked as a Technical Coach and Teaching Assistant. In these roles, they provided assistance to students with programming questions and conducted study groups on software development topics.

In 2018, Scott joined Andculture as a Software Engineer. Scott contributed to cross-functional project teams, developing web applications for client partners. Scott was later promoted to Team Lead, where they coached a team of software engineers on career growth and technical challenges. Scott also contributed to the leadership of the engineering team.

Most recently, Scott joined Greenhouse Software in 2022 as a Software Engineer II, focusing on Tools and Operations.

Scott Savage completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics with a minor in Finance at Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2002 to 2006. Scott then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Systems at Penn State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In 2016 and 2017, Scott attended the Flatiron School and completed their Full Stack Web Developer Program. Additionally, Scott obtained several Certificates from Coursera, including Exploratory Data Analysis, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox, all in 2014.
